OPSI ADVISORY COMMITTEE
for the Independent Market Monitor of PJM
UPDATE (8-Apr-10)

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), in its March 21, 2008 order in Docket Nos. EL07-56 and EL07-58 (122 FERC ¶ 61,257), approved the creation of an OPSI Advisory
Committee.

The OPSI Advisory Committee is chaired by Commissioner Mark C. Christie (Virginia SCC) and includes four other members:
Commissioner Jim Atterholt (Indiana URC)
Vice Chairman Tyrone Christy (Pennsylvania PUC)
Commissioner Lula M. Ford (Illinois CC)
Chairman Douglas R. M. Nazarian (Maryland PSC)

The OPSI Advisory Committee will meet with Dr. Joe Bowring, President of Monitoring
Analytics, LLC, and the Independent Market Monitor for PJM, on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 (4:00pm-5:00pm EDT) at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 600 Town Center Drive, Dearborn, MI 48126.
