OPSI ADVISORY COMMITTEE
for the Independent Market Monitor for PJM

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), in its March 21, 2008 order in Docket Nos. EL07-56 and EL07-58 (122 FERC ¶ 61,257), approved the creation of an OPSI Advisory
Committee.

The OPSI Advisory Committee is chaired by Commissioner Mark C. Christie (Virginia SCC) and includes four other members:
Chairman Jim Atterholt (Indiana URC)
Commissioner Larry Brenner (Maryland PSC)
Commissioner Lula M. Ford (Illinois CC)
Commissioner Greg R. White (Michigan PSC)

The last meeting of this Committee with Dr. Joe Bowring, the Independent Market Monitor for PJM was held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at The Hilton Wilmington/Christiana, 100 Continental Drive, Newark, DE 19713. There are no recorded minutes of this meeting.
