OPSI ADVISORY COMMITTEE (for
the Independent Market Monitor of PJM)

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), in its March
21, 2008 order in Docket
Nos. EL07-56 and EL07-58 (122 FERC ¶ 61,257), approved
the creation of an OPSI Advisory
Committee.
The OPSI Advisory Committee is chaired by Commissioner Mark
C. Christie (Virginia SCC) and includes four other members:
Vice Chairman Tyrone Christy (Pennsylvania PUC)
Commissioner Lula M. Ford (Illinois CC)
Chairman Douglas R. M. Nazarian (Maryland PSC)
[one seat currently vacant]
The OPSI Advisory Committee met with Dr. Joe Bowring, President
of Monitoring Analytics, LLC, and the Independent Market Monitor
for PJM, on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 (1:45pm-3:15pm EDT)
at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, 126 West Street, Annapolis,
MD 21401 (see letter to FERC pdf).
